So, I checked out Victory Point Cafe in 1797 Shattuck Ave, Berkeley, California 94709, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
