Have you tried our Western BBQ Burger? 1/3 of ground chuck cooked to your liking and served with honey bacon, cheddar cheese, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, pickles, and a drizzle of housemade BBQ sauce on a Dutch crunch roll. Yum!

Super proud of Way Station Ribs ... Seasoned with our special housemade rub, smoked on site with white oak for 5 1/2 hours at 225 degrees, sprayed mid-way with hazy citrus IPA from @barebottle, which also available on tap for that perfect pairing ... fall-off-the-bone yum!!

Being a cook for nearly 40 years and having a strong knowledge of BBQ and Smoking of meats, I appreciate when food is done the right way. Max, the Pit Master, is doing it right.

Check it out soon, because The Wat Station will soon be the new hot spot for good food and have a line out the door.
