Yay Café on 533 Airport Boulevard, Burlingame, CA 94010 was a quaint little spot with a lot of character. The coffee was good, not great, but the homemade muffins were divine. The place had a cozy, lived-in feel that made me want to sit and read for hours. The staff were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed with the orders. I had high hopes for Yay Café, but unfortunately, they fell short. The espresso lacked depth and flavor, and the service was slow. It's a shame because the cafe had such a promising ambiance. I hope they can improve their coffee quality and efficiency in the future.
