The coffee at 97 Coffee & Wine was decent, but the staff at 24 E 97th Street bw Madison & Fifth Avenues, New York, New York 10029 could be more attentive. While I enjoyed the coffee itself, the service was lacking in terms of attentiveness. It's the small details that make a difference.
