We are an old world artisan French Bakery.
My husband Phiilippe is a master french baker. So, we specialize in European Artisan Breads and Sweets. This means that we use only high quality unprocessed flours. Our breads are free of sugar, fat, preservatives, dough conditioners, dairy, shelf stabilizers, high fructose corn syrup, sweeteners . . etc. For Philippe, each and every loaf is a tender project in which he dedicates himself with passion to the practically lost old world "art" of baking. They are as if you transport yourself to Europe.
Also, we offer a wide variety of tantalizing sweets and specialties. In particular our "Wishcottis" . . . fine artisan gourmet biscottis made with french savoir faire have become renowned. Come visit and enjoy a palatable selection of flavors, So many of our customers have told us that they are the best biscottis they have ever experienced.
A Wish or Two Ago French Bakery and Marketplace is now in its seventh year. Through these years we have become acquainted and made friends with so many wonderful people. Truly blessed, we "Wish" to take this opportunity to publically thank you for your ever encouraging words and patronage. Most of all we " Wish" to thank the Papa Jesus as we know that "His " eyes are looling upon us.

I visited A Wish Or Two Ago with high expectations, but the coffee at 13810 County Road 44, Grand Island, Florida 32735 left much to be desired. It was weak and lacked flavor. I had heard great things about this place, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown. It lacked the boldness and complexity I look for in a good cup of coffee.

I hit up A Wish Or Two Ago in 13810 County Road 44, Grand Island, Florida 32735 and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!
