I spend a lot of money here. I’ve never seen a worse operation than this place! Every day is like Groundhog Day. The same inconsistencies over and over. Blatant disregard for a clean successful operation. Completely unwilling to improve; instead, manager say “ talk to corporate” or Regional Management. Who says that?!!!... And NO Sugar In The Raw?!!!

Super EXPENSIVE, small portions.
This is not an accommodation for people coming to the hospital that are held hostage there, by the incompetent staff that Over-book appointments and need to get something to eat. No consideration

This cafe is surprisingly large, not what I was expecting at all. They had 6 fresh soups in pots, a full service bagel/sandwich shop, espresso bar, and the customary grab-and-go salads, drinks, pre-made sandwiches, etc. I really thought the prices were quite reasonable as well, no complaints from this family! Great place to have in the hospital, and easy to get to from the children's side, where we were.

I had high hopes for Au Bon Pain, nestled in the heart of 95 Grasslands Rd, Valhalla, NY 10595, USA, but left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre. My recent visit to Au Bon Pain was a mixed bag. The coffee was good, but the service was slow. It's worth a visit, but be prepared to wait.

My visit to Au Bon Pain was a rollercoaster of emotions. The mocha I ordered was great, but the barista forgot my friend's order. Oops! They made it up with some free pastries, though. So, mixed feelings but willing to give it another shot.
