I had high hopes for Au Bon Pain, but it fell short. The coffee tasted bitter, and the service was disappointingly slow at the 1000 Col Eileen Collins Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13212, USA location. I'm uncertain if I'll return for another try.

I stopped by Au Bon Pain for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.
