The pretzels are delicious and the customer service was great, BUT that being said anytime I try to leave a tip I get told that corporate will not allow it??? That is ridiculous, I worked in customer service for years when I was in college and it is not an easy job being happy and dealing with multiple people daily. The person behind the counter should be able to get tipped for being polite and make the costomer's experience pleasant. The missing two stars are because of that, not because of the product or employees.

Pretzels are great but when im walking home from closing my store and the girl is literally throwing them out i ask for one and she still tries to charge me... its one of those small things that is going to keep me away. I mean whats the difference between giving it to me and throwing them into the garbage?

Auntie Anne'S Pretzels at 2655 Richmond Ave #1700, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA is a coffee enthusiast's paradise. The baristas here are true artists, and their passion for coffee shines through in every cup. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe I tried had a floral and citrusy profile that was simply divine. The attention to detail in the brewing process is commendable, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking exceptional coffee.

So, I dropped by Auntie Anne'S Pretzels at 2655 Richmond Ave #1700, Staten Island, NY 10314, USA, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
