Pretzels are great but at five bucks apiece an ice water for each of us would have been nice.

I was just at the McKinley Mall with my friend shopping and I was in the mood for a pretzel dog and decided to go to Auntie Anne's. First of all the woman cashed me out and and didn't give me my food and continued to make pretzels when one was available on display then gave me a look and asked what I was waiting for and I said "my pretzel I just ordered?" So she grabs the pretzel dog and puts it in the wrapper and looks at it weird and starts touching my food WITHOUT GLOVES AND UNWASHED HANDS. And then gives me it. I don't complain but then I turned the pretzel dog over to the side she didn't touch and took a bite and it was hard, cold and uncooked in the middle. And right now I'm completely sick off of the food. I'm giving only one star because of bad service mainly and for the person touching my food and also giving me food when it looked like she knew it was cooked wrong and old. Never going there again i feel sick over just the one bite I took and threw away the rest.

The employee that rang me out handled my money with latex gloves. after I started walking away she went back to rolling Pretzel dough with the same gloves she handle money with

Auntie Anne'S Pretzels is my haven in the city. The macchiato is a burst of energy, and the vintage décor adds a touch of nostalgia to the experience.

I stopped by Auntie Anne'S Pretzels for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line had me reconsidering. The service was slow, and my latte was lukewarm. They need to work on their efficiency.

Auntie Anne'S Pretzels at 3701 McKinley Pkwy, Blasdell, NY 14219, USA never disappoints. The pour-over is exquisite, and the staff is always attentive. A true coffee lover's paradise.

I had a fantastic time at Auntie Anne'S Pretzels! The barista was so bubbly, and the coffee was delicious. It's now my go-to spot in town.

The coffee at Auntie Anne'S Pretzels was good, but the service at 3701 McKinley Pkwy, Blasdell, NY 14219, USA could use some improvement. While the coffee lived up to my expectations, the overall experience was marred by slow service and a lack of attentiveness from the staff.
