Pretzel was just slightly warm. Didn't honor the august deal of buy a pretzel get a small lemonade free. Not impressed at all.

I had a terrible experience at Auntie Anne'S Pretzels. The coffee at 15 Miracle Mile Dr #481, Rochester, NY 14623, USA was burnt, and the staff was rude. My visit to Auntie Anne'S Pretzels was a major letdown. The coffee tasted like it had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant brew. To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
