Pretzel was just slightly warm. Didn't honor the august deal of buy a pretzel get a small lemonade free. Not impressed at all.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Auntie Anne'S Pretzels left me disappointed. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 15 Miracle Mile Dr #481, Rochester, NY 14623, USA location seemed indifferent. I won't be giving it another chance.

Wow, I just had the most amazing cup of coffee at Auntie Anne'S Pretzels! The ambiance was so cozy, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air.
