The team at Bagel Boys are fantastic! The food and service is great! The atmosphere is friendly and the team always polite! I would recommend this place to everyone I know! Always a pleasure to go there! Johnny and Carmen

I will not be going back to Bagel Boys in Monroe anytime soon they treated my friend and and I very poorly when I asked for the manager it happened to be the woman who was very rude when I asked why our food was not ready yet she barked at us well thats the way it is.it was a simple order and people behind us we're already being helped and leaving the employee who took our order said he called it multiple times this was not true I was standing at the counter and he still did not have it in the bag when he mentiond this he could not even remember what type of bagel I had.when I asked to have the name and number of the owner she went ballistic and refused to give me his name . I finally got our Bagels the staff was so condescending with their fake smiles and attitudes I will never go back there again

i love bagel boys but all the bagels have holes in the middle. other then that they are excellent. service fantastic.

Bagels are great. Best outside Brooklyn. Long lines but they offer phone ahead. Staff is extremely nice.

Always love going on Friday mornings that's when my boyfriend and i typically have off so it's a great place to grab breakfast before we do all
Our running around. The staff is great as well so friendly :)

Employing brain-dead servers that can't even take an order properly, even after careful explaining whilst speaking slowly, is just pitiful.

I just love this place thank. Can't get any better then them. Always great food and friendly people. Love the breakfast wraps can't get any better then them.

Thank god for this place. Love there bagels and breakfast sandwiches. If your in the mood for a delicious wrap they have a whole board with like 10 difffent kinds. Long lines on the weekends but food is worth the wait.

Absolutely disgusting uncooked bagels barely a step up from Duncan donuts. Go back to the drawing board and learn how to make bagels. You should be embarrassed.
