I had high hopes for Bagel Island, but I was left disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt, and the pastries were stale. It's safe to say I won't be returning to the Lawrence, New York, United States location.

I stopped by Bagel Island for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.

Bagel Island needs to work on their customer service. The staff seemed disinterested, and my latte was cold by the time I got it.
