I had high hopes for Baileys Cafe, but I was left disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt, and the pastries were stale. It's safe to say I won't be returning to the 37 Phila St, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866, United States location.

If you're a coffee freak like me, you'll dig Baileys Cafe in 37 Phila St, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866, United States. Their espresso was a straight-up flavor bomb.
