So, I stumbled upon Bello'S Catering in 30 Roosevelt Ave, Smithtown, New York 11767, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
