My visit to Biscotti Cafe & Pastry Shop was a mixed bag. The location at 741 N Salina St, Syracuse, New York 13208 is convenient, but parking was a nightmare. The coffee was decent, though nothing to write home about. The staff seemed distracted, which affected the service speed.
