They have the best pumpkin chocolate chip cookies with cream cheese frosting!! My friend and I stopped in there Tuesday night before the Grinch play, we had great food and great service!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

My photography professor from MVCC took us here after shooting for a street portrait assignment. There was 10 of us so I figured the wait would be longer since it was in the middle of lunch rush. Our food came out in about 15 minutes or less which was awesome. I have never heard of this cafe before even though I take pictures in the alley way next to it many times. I will definitely be telling everyone about this place. The food was phenomenal and the staff is so friendly. I will be coming back soon.

My husband and I just ate at Bite Bakery and Cafe (Franklin Square in Utica) yesterday and it was delicious! Cute little place, surprisingly big on the inside with a dozen tables or so. The servers all seemed super nice and they bring your food right to your table. We got the turkey and green pesto panini; it was loaded with turkey, cheese, red onion, roasted red peppers, and (of course) green pesto. The kettle chips served on the side were really good, not too hard like some places have where they turn into sharp shards of chip when you bite into them. After the sandwich, we got a piece of their chocolate and peanut butter fudge. The piece was a really good size, almost as big as the sandwich! Between the sandwich ($10), the fudge ($5), two iced mocha coffees ($4-6 depending on size), and tip, we spent about $30 for a very filling and satisfying dinner.

My friend and I went for breakfast this past Sunday and it was phenomenal! The cafe it's self has such a welcoming atmosphere and I could rave about my waffle all day! The service was friendly & quick as well. All around, an amazing place!

My absolute favorite place to go for lunch, coffee or pastries. It is locally owned, uses fresh ingredients, and the staff are amazing. I always feel welcome and cozy at Bite :)

It’s a beautiful place. The food is healthy and delicious. The desserts are toooo good. It is very clear that the owners put their hearts and souls into Bite Cafe.

I've eaten here many times since they opened; every time has been beyond wonderful. I've had breakfast, lunch, and even attended a few private events for large family gatherings; great food, great service, and an amazing place to have a great meal!

I stopped in recently to get a Southwest Chicken Wrap which was recommended to me and was pleasantly surprised. It was beautifully presented and tasty to boot!



In a separate incident, I had received a wonderful Cookie Butter Cake, which made life worth living. The best thing was that there was too much for everybody to finish, and the rest had to go to my freezer which I get to enjoy every so often!

I love this place. My husband and I come here all the time for breakfast or to get a dessert. We've never been disappointed. All the staff is super friendly and I love how involved they are with the community. I highly, highly recommend going here! ❤️

I love this place! I have been there for both breakfast and lunch...never disappointed. Their baked goods are to die for! Love, love, love their French macaroons❤️The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

They have also partnered with Broadway Theater League to give you a free coffee with purchase...just provide your theater ticket stub with the Bite stamp on the back. Love that they have partnered to do this!

I read in the paper that they are opening a place up north. Best wishes for much success up there. I am sure people will love it!

I absolutely LOVE Bite Bakery and Café. The food is always fresh and of quality. Specials are offered that add choices to the standard menu. The latte is fabulous, and after lunch my hubby and I HAVE TO take a walk to the opposite side of the café for a dessert of our choice. They have an excellent bakery with many choices. I never get tired of Bite Bakery and Café! <3

Bite Bakery made my beautiful wedding cake and mini cannoli for my wedding. The cake was so beautiful and I should have ordered more cannoli because they went so fast! I went into Bite in early October to meet with Doug, an owner, for a tasting appointment with my fiancee and mother. We sampled 6 different cake flavors, fillings and frosting. The samples were beautiful and it was hard to pick my favorite. We decided on the almond cake with strawberry filling and Italian buttercream. The cake was delicious. Everyone raved about how it looked and tasted. I appreciate the work that the cake maker, Amy, put into the hand piped lace and beading. I highly recommend any bride to try them when thinking of their cake. You will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful breakfast yesterday ... french toast and hot choclate was yummy... service was awesome... I gave 4 star becoz the hash browns was sad... it was tasteless. I didn’t complain as I was too happy with the rest of the things. Next time I will definitely avoid hash browns and give 5 star�

Staff does not take alert to allergies. When ordering we high alerted not to put black pepper in the food. We even had them right it on order. The same person who took order brought the food out. One bite and allergic reaction and choking. The owner was there when we took order. All they had to say hash browns are made with pepper. When Ordering why not alert us. But instead you made it were situation could of became more fatal. Who brings it to the table when written on the order. Very scary and unprofessional.

Ordered a salad for take out with coworkers. The dressing was literally all oil, it was gross, the chicken was dry and the salad itself was just not good. I was really surprised after hearing such great things about Bite! I won’t be ordering anything from here again!

Will never order here again they added to ruining my birthday. I ordered a cake they used white to write on a white cake like who does that?, I didn't even get what I wanted I was very disappointed And the guy there was very rude I was going to order my daughters cake there for her birthday and was going to get other people but the service was shit and I hated how my cake looked and tasted ....don't mind spending but wasted my money for crap!!!!!!
