I had a disappointing experience at Bookmark Cafe. The coffee was cold, and the service was unfriendly. I won't be returning to the 81 Prospect Terrace, Cortland, NY 13045 location.

The service at Bookmark Cafe was excellent, but the coffee at 81 Prospect Terrace, Cortland, NY 13045 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Bookmark Cafe, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.
