I had a terrible experience at Bourke Street Bakery Nyc. The coffee at 15 East 28th Street, New York, New York 10016 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Bourke Street Bakery Nyc managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
