More expensive than other bagel places for similar items, and the hours aren't great...BUT they have a wide variety of fresh bagels, beverages, cream cheese etc. And they are pretty accommodating

Delicious NY bagels, boiled and baked. Reasonably priced, great bang for your buck.

The staff is amazing, the guy who cashed us out was super friedly! But the coffee was terrible, it was wattery and the cream tasted funky. I have never really had a great experience with Bruegger's coffee, but the people are great! Will not return though.

I love the bagels here. The breakfast sandwiches are also very good. My boyfriend likes the smoked salmon sandwich. The price isn't bad for the amount of salmon he gets on it! Sometimes the service can be a little slow, but I like that they have a drive through service. I also like the frequent groupon deals they have.

My food came out perfect. A very rude woman, who I assume left no tip, was incredibly disrespectful to the young lady behind the counter. I feel bad the staff has to put up, not only with complicating and annoying orders, but also obnoxious attitudes. It was undeserved.

I'm not sure why this place is so popular. The bagels are mediocre at best and the prices are expensive.

Overpriced in general and run down. They charge extra for cheese on a sandwich. Really? May as well charge extra for the bagel on your bagel sandwich.

Bruegger'S Bagels is where I go to find solace. The cappuccino is perfection, and the welcoming staff make you feel right at home. It's my sanctuary.
