Called to place order for the morning, was put on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up-and by hold I mean they left the phone on the counter so I could hear them talking and banging dishes. Tried to call back but line was busy for another 5 mins-probably due to being left on the counter- then when it rang again no one would pick up. Needs new employees

The best bagel you'll find in West Henrietta. They remind me of fresh NYC bagels.

The bagels are the closest thing I've come across to the bagels I loved back home. They're fluffy on the inside, and a bit crisp on the outside- AKA perfect. Sometimes you can get one that's still warm from being cooked and it's probably the best thing ever.

My personal fave: Black Russian bagel with Jalapeno or Garden Veggie cream cheese.

Bruegger'S Bagels is my sanctuary on busy days. Their macchiato is a burst of energy, and the welcoming ambiance is a respite from the chaos outside.

I had high hopes for Bruegger'S Bagels, but my visit left much to be desired. The coffee was lukewarm, and the service was slow. It took ages to get my order, and when I finally did, it was disappointing. The lackluster brew and disinterested staff made for a forgettable experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.
