Bagels have improved over the last year. Nice menu.
Best breakfast and coffee place in the area. The drive through is a bit awkward, so if you have a wide/big car be careful.
Amazing service, smelled amazing, everything was fresh! Definitely will be back!
The entire team here is fantastic! The bagels are fresh and delicous.
Love the food and the staff was nice. Don't expect to fly through the drive through though.
Good for breakfast and light lunch. Earlier than expected closing times.
On the Monday after New Years we went to the drive through to grab some quick coffee. For some reason the employees must have been awful busy, as we almost left the line because of the lengthy wait. It should be noted there was one truck ahead of us (who was also waiting, not speaking) and no one behind us. When it was our turn, I couldn't quite make out what he said, but when the young man came on the speaker he was clearly talking to his co-worker using a pet name. Note to him: make sure your mic isn't cued if you're about to do that. As we pulled up to the window I noticed two of the young men engaging in horseplay of sorts behind the counter. Fine, enjoy your time with your colleagues. What really ruffled my feathers is that after all this - the extra time it took to order (assuming they were perfectionists and really focused on getting it right) and the enjoyable work environment Brueggers has fostered for its employees, they didn't even get one simple thing right. How did you forget to simply add milk to one of the coffees? The order was easy: two coffees, one with milk. It didn't even matter which one you put the milk in, but you forgot to put it in either one.
The long story short here is that everything is fine except for the employees who think it's play time instead of work time.
I can't get enough of Bruegger'S Bagels! The espresso shots are the real deal, and the barista's extensive knowledge is truly impressive. It's a coffee nerd's dream come true.
I stumbled upon Bruegger'S Bagels by chance, and it turned out to be a delightful discovery. The iced mocha was heavenly, and the barista's warm smile brightened my day. It's now on my regular list of coffee stops.
Bruegger'S Bagels at 7601 Oswego Road, Route 57, Liverpool, NY 13090, USA is a hidden gem! The latte art is impressive, and the friendly staff make you feel right at home. It's the kind of place where you can spend hours lost in conversation.
