I had high hopes for Butterbeans Cafe, but sadly, it fell short of my expectations. The coffee tasted burnt, and the prices were quite high for what was offered. I left with a sense of disappointment and doubt whether I'd return.

Butterbeans Cafe needs to work on their customer service. The staff seemed disinterested, and my latte was cold by the time I got it.
