This place was great for brunch. Was traversing NY for work, felt like avoiding chain fast food, saw them and gave it a shot. Don't regret it. Fortunately, they were also very prompt with the coffee refills otherwise I would have needed a nap due to the hearty portions. The Woodsman was a feast.

This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in the many many visits I have made over the years. The B-2 breakfast my partner had was excellent and the breakfast burrito I had was out of this world. I also ordered the 2 biscuits with jam as a side and they were incredible. More than that, the welcome and the service were exemplary. The owner and his team certainly know how to make people feel welcome and they are genuine and seem to be enjoying themselves very much. Drive out of your way to experience this place!!

Always a requested stop when my family comes to visit. Fresh well prepared food with very good flavor. Rotating specials that have yet to disappoint. Service has been very good every time.

Peaceful, friendly, great food, clean, eclectic atmosphere. I had homemade butter squash soup, peach ice tea ( a little too sweet for me) and a gluten free brownie to go. My husband had a delicious breakfast with homemade bread.
We really enjoyed our breakfast stop, sat outside under the vines next to a wishing well. 😊Plus they take credit cards. ( stopped in Hancock and Cafe didn't and the bank across the street didn't even have an ATM machine😕) So we were especially happy to find this place further up the road. ❤️

We had a party of 6 ...went to Butterfields for Sunday brunch; every dish was great, really positive relaxed vibe, and friendly staff. Highly recommend going for a family Sunday brunch. Prices reasonable too.

I just had one of the best breakfast I ever had!!! Fresh creative food. The most friendly staff and locals to have a conversation with, too. I'm so glad I found this place .

Amazing new choices everyday for specials. Some solid menus items as well. Chicken salad would win awards

Friends and I stopped here on a weekend trip. Great place amazing food and coffee. We liked it so much my husband and I are going to be going back up this weekend just to eat here and cost the area for his birthday.

Such a quaint little restaurant that serves amazing food. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile, the prices are very good and the food again is delicious I had the biscuit and gravy. Would highly recommend.
