This is the first time I have been here and I am so happy I walked in this place for lunch. I met the owner and he was very nice and even gave me a free dessert for being my first time there. I got the Veggie wrap and it was delicious.

It feels like stepping into the late 70's so be prepared. But food is slightly better than most in the surrounding location.

I ordered the vegetarian plate with extra cajun sauce. at the restaurant for take out. I was looking forward to all the components, but when I got home, I was missing the tabuli. The dolma was tender and flavorful, the baba was smooth and tasty, but needed some seasoning as did the hummus. The falafel was hard and not really edible. Falafel I have had in the past have been light, green in color on the inside and cried on the outside. Salad was Romain lettuce only. I guess the missing tabula would have jazzed it up. Cajun Sauce? Find a new name because that did not resemble anything Cajun, even in a Mediterranean way. Would try again, but I will double check my order before leaving.

I love the beef gyro. Reminds me of being a kid home in Chicago. Best gyro in Rochester. Soooooo delicious

Easily one of my favorite restaurants downtown. Iv been going to Byblos for about 2 years and have been there about 75 times. Never had a bad meal. Highly recommend. Favorites are the Beef Shawarma, Cajun Chicken wrap, and nut rolls for desert.

The chicken wasn't great (pretty dry) but everything else was. Veggies were fresh and pita was perfect. My only complaint is that I only got a stingy single olive on my salad.

This place is super! Any review which claims otherwise is possibly not a fan of Greek/Med food. The staff is awesome! We have been going there for 7 years now. The homemade soup is excellent. You will long for the recipe to make at home on the week-end for yourself. They have chicken as well as lamb based gyro meat! Wraps and salads. I take my whole family there. I promise you, it is excellent! Reach out and expand your food experience with Byblos Cafe. Experiment and try something from the menu you have never had before! Prices are VERY reasonable, you cannot go wrong, even if you are new to Meditterean food.

Byblos Cafe remains my top choice for coffee. The baristas consistently craft the perfect latte, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere at the 9 E Main St, Rochester, NY 14614, USA location makes it my sanctuary for relaxation.
