I had high expectations for Cafe Chapin, but my recent visit to the 323 North Division Street, Peekskill, NY 10566 location was underwhelming. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked the cozy charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.
