I visited Cafe Doran in 1443 Broadway, Hewlett, NY 11557, and it was a mixed bag. The coffee was excellent, but the pastries were disappointing. It's worth a visit for the brews alone.

Cafe Doran needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.
