Unfortunately, my recent visit to Cafe Sicily left me underwhelmed. The coffee was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It lacked the charm I look for in a coffee shop. I hope they work on improving the quality and warmth of their service.

The service at Cafe Sicily was excellent, but the coffee at 7324 13th Avenue, New York, NY 11228 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Cafe Sicily, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.
