I had mixed feelings about Carols Place. While the coffee at Plainview, New York, United States was decent, it didn't quite live up to the hype I'd heard. The service was efficient but lacked the warmth and friendliness I typically appreciate in a coffee shop. Perhaps I'll give it another shot someday.
