My visit to Carroll'S was a mixed bag. The location at 1768 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14609 is convenient, but parking was a nightmare. The coffee was decent, though nothing to write home about. The staff seemed distracted, which affected the service speed. Carroll'S is a real coffee lover's paradise. The pour-over coffee I had was exquisite, highlighting the unique flavors of the beans. The barista's attention to detail in the brewing process was evident, and it made for an exceptional cup of coffee. I can't wait to explore more of their offerings.
