So, I ventured into Chatham Cafe & Deli in 41 Main St, Chatham, New York 12037, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
