So, I dropped by Cooked & Co. at 128 Garth Road, Eastchester, NY 10583, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
