I was less than impressed with Cream & Sugar Ice Cream Cafe. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 179 East Ave, Lockport , New York 14094 location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Let me tell you about Cream & Sugar Ice Cream Cafe at 179 East Ave, Lockport , New York 14094. Their iced mocha was like a chocolatey dream with a caffeine punch. The café had a laid-back, bohemian vibe with mismatched chairs and indie folk tunes in the background. Perfect for a chill coffee session.
