staff is very friendly, the store is clean and they a variety of staple goods like eggs, milk and they have snacks and sandwiches too. They also sell lottery tickets, beer, and cigarettes. Outside is a Redbox DVD rental machine and gasoline pumps.

Cumberland Farms always has fresh, hot coffee available. They also have a nice variety of flavored coffees. Another reason I stop here is that I save 10 cents per gallon when I use my Smartpay card.

At Cumberland Farms, located at 251 Highland Ave Ext, Middletown, NY 10940, USA, the coffee is consistently average. It's not the worst I've had, but it lacks that special something.
