I go here everyday & the one day i am upset because of personal family reasons, the young man behind the counter says he can't sell me a beer becauses he thinks i am drunk. THING IS I WAS SOBER!!! THE 20 SOMETHING YEARS YOUNGER THAN ME CANT DISTINGUISH A SAD PERSON FROM A DRUNK PERSON!!! Asked for a manager but this child was on his own with no back up & got other customers to turn on me, making me feel very uncomfortable & even worse than i did when i walked in. SHAME ON YOU!!! Not going in there until this kid is fired!!

I had recently just stopped by the store to grab a couple items around 12:30am, because they they are the only store in town open after 11:00pm, and the cashier rudely told me I could not pay with the hundred dollar bill I had and that she “would not provide change for it at this time at night”. Really, I read through all of the company policy on their website and saw nothing remotely of that nature?! I will never shop there again, it was insulting. I could understand if I was buying a pack of gum maybe, but come on!

I had a problem with the units I purchased for a Tracfone, MacKenzie, the manager, went out of her way to help me solve the problem..She was curteous, very friendly and professional, and I thank her very much! It is a pleasure to shop in this Cumberland!

Cumberland Farms at 1046 Kinderhook St, Valatie, NY 12184, USA is my sanctuary. The espresso is rich and bold, just the way I like it. I could spend hours here reading a book.

I was disappointed with Cumberland Farms. The latte was bitter, and the atmosphere felt sterile. It didn't live up to the hype.

My recent visit to Cumberland Farms was a mixed bag. The coffee was good, but the service was slow. It's worth a visit, but be prepared to wait.
