Dalai Java is a hidden treasure. The coffee at 246 South Main Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424 is outstanding, and the staff is always cheerful. Nestled away from the main streets, Dalai Java offers a delightful escape. The baristas' warm smiles and excellent coffee make it a place worth seeking out.

I expected more from Dalai Java. The coffee at 246 South Main Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424 was mediocre, and the pastries were uninspiring. Given the hype surrounding Dalai Java, I was let down by the coffee's lack of depth and the unremarkable pastries.
