I love the blue sticker lane. My only complaint is it's not any faster to get through. We still have to merge with the lines that aren’t blue sticker holders. Too bad there isn’t a separate carwash for blue sticker holders. The lines are always too long. I find myself skipping the carwash because it takes too long to get through the line.

The washes are probably the best automatic ones in the area. I've done both the 1-hour and Full (4-hour) interior details, running $100 and $120 respectively. Both times my car was cleaned well.

The food at The Brick Oven is good and I would have no issue with eating there again. Not a terribly great value but my wrap was fresh and tasty. Next time I might opt to head next door to Ted's or Taco Bell, though.

The whole place seems a bit short staffed and disorganized with employees doing multiple things and unable to attend to customers in a timely manner. It could do with more signage, especially the detail shop which is easy to miss next to the clearly-marked lanes for washes, as well as better communication with the customer. Both times I never got calls when my car was done despite them asking for my number to do just that. Had to check with one of the employees. The core services are solid, however, and to me that's the important part.

What a car wash! I'd always pay $15 for a wash if this much effort was put into it. Thank you to all the folks working outside on this very cold day. I sure wish Delta Sonic was a national chain, because I don't live here. :(

Had my car detailed and they did a fabulous job. Made an appointment and was taken when scheduled. Was told at least 3 hours and they called in 2-2.5. Inside of car looked brand new!!! Will definitely go back.

The interior cleaning service was quick and thorough, and my car hadn't been properly cleaned in many years. She was disgusting, and now she nearly sparkles. Plus she smells good! The staff were very nice and helpful, and the prices were decent. I will come back again.

They have gotten way better with details over the years. If you have an issue or want a retouch...just ask for Mgr. Alex, JJ, or Matt. They are excellent and will address it asap. If you want a full detail ..leave your car and don't be so damn picky people. Whenever I'm there..They hussle. I'm sure if your carpets still look dirty ..it's because YOU NEED THEM RE-DYED. GET BETTER FLOOR MATS TOO. Remember to tip too impatient or fickle people.

Waste of money. Took my truck through and it came out dirty. Better off washing it myself.

I've been to several Delta locations over my years living in the WNY area and this one is by far the slowest and least quality oriented. Half the time my car comes out hazy, the employees power washing are lazy and inattentive to detail most of the time, and it takes far too long to get through the wash even with little traffic in the area. The only reason I keep my unlimited plan and still use this location is because it's convenient to my work down the street. Would not recommend.

Did a nice job on carpet, terrible job on everthing else. Kids a not detail oriented. If you want to get it detailed, do not come here, i will not come back

I've always loved delta sonic, so much that when my mom drove to buffalo and said she needed to get her car wash I highly recommended delta. Now I feel awful because after she spent $20 on the super kiss wash we stopped at the store and not only was her car still dirty, there were small non abrasive scratches all over her SUV. now I feel safe in saying that she would have noticed this on her 2016 vehicle that she's only had for a year well before going to the car wash if had happened before then. We went back over to let them know what happened and they had us fill out a claim form. A couple of days later my mother gets a response saying that the damage was not caused by them and offered no rectification. I guess they would rather just lose two customers than help reimburse her for getting the scratches buffed out, its not like sites asking for a new paint job.

They suck. They spayed something on my fender flare and totally ruined it. A 70 thousand dollar truck. AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES. don't go there

Decent (but not awesome) washing and interior cleaning. The brick oven pizza is stellar, though!

Getting worse each time we go. They forget to clean areas of the car on more than one occasion. We are yet to get the full 15cents off gas promotion and one of the detailers was in such a rush to get a black suv inside the detail shop on weds night he nearly hit the back of the car.

DONT GO! DONT TRUST THEM! Delta sonic is no longer a reputable company in my book. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My windshield was cracked after being washed there. As I escalated the matter to the manager he told me they would take care of it and to fill out a claim and wait to hear back in the mail. After a few business days they went back on their word claiming it wasn't their fault and citied it was caused by a micro chip which can be invisible to the naked eye .. My windshield was replaced three months prior so it was basically brand new with no "micro chip" visible. Even if so, they are telling me the 1,000% more damage was not caused by them which doesn't make sense. I washed my car there weekly and will never go back after they damaged my car and did not fix it. Don't trust them!
