Customer service was on point. My wife and I stayed in NYC for 5 days, and she went there 4 times!! One of the guys there gave her some samples to let her try stuff out before we purchased so she knew what she was getting. So friendly and very welcoming.



I’m not a vegan, but our first meal I had a sandwich that was amazing. My wife had one too and we both split a treat that was tasty. As we were finishing up, he came around and brought us a mini cup of smoothie mixed with espresso.... wow!



5 star service and amazing food, vegan or other.

Coffee in the US generally sucks balls but this coffee isn't half bad. And the place is quiet on the weekend. Introvert heaven for me. Wifi and power outlets too? OK, I'm sold. This is my favorite cafe in NYC.

I recently visited Dr Smood during a quick stop in 285 Madison Ave, New York, New York 10017, and it left a lasting impression. The macchiato I had was a perfect balance of espresso and foamy goodness. The café's cozy ambiance and friendly baristas create a welcoming environment that's hard to beat. I'll be back for sure.

I had high hopes for Dr Smood, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The coffee was decent, but the pastries were underwhelming. I won't be recommending it.

Dr Smood at 285 Madison Ave, New York, New York 10017 is a hidden gem! The moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in a quaint European café. The cappuccino was a work of art, with frothy milk and a perfectly balanced espresso shot. The barista even added a cute heart design on top. It was almost too pretty to drink. This place is a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts like me.

So, I ventured into Dr Smood in 285 Madison Ave, New York, New York 10017, and their cortado was the real deal. Smooth, creamy, and full of coffee goodness. The café had this modern, industrial vibe with exposed pipes and indie rock tunes playing. Definitely a spot for the cool coffee crowd.
