Okay, so I ventured into Dunkin' on a whim, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The iced Americano was strong, just the way I like it. The décor was simple but had this rustic charm that I couldn't resist. Will definitely become a regular here!

I had a terrible experience at Dunkin'. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 2409 Dawson Rd, Albany, Georgia 31707 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.
