Dunkin' left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It was a forgettable experience that didn't live up to the hype.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the incredible staff at Dunkin' located at 400 Velasko Rd, Syracuse, New York 13219. Not only did they craft a beautiful latte with intricate latte art, but their passion for coffee was contagious. It made my visit truly memorable.
