Dunkin' needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Dunkin' at 1780 E Gun Hill Rd, Bronx, New York 10469. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep.
