Dunkin' Donuts

I don't usually review chains - you go, you know what you're getting, that's it. But this Dunkin' Donuts messes up my order at least 1 visit out of every 5. I go through the drive-through on my way to work and it's gotten so I sit there and check the order before driving away because it's been wrong so often.

I do not normally post reviews on places, as i am generally pretty easy going and understanding when things go wrong with orders. However, I am very saddened watching this place go downhill since the staff all changed after the new building was built. The staff do not seemed any bit enthusiastic to be there, i realize you are there early, but a smile and friendly greeting is not too much to ask for. Also, my orders are consistently inconsistent ..one day my coffee has so much sugar i cant drink it, the next there is hardly any. I have had multiple cold sandwiches, egg (the main ingredient) has been left off my sandwich, and today ( my last straw) my egg was raw. My best recommendation is to get everyone on the same page there, whether that means re-training people or finding people who actually want to be there ...but you are going to start losing customers with the lack of effort being put into the customer service at this location.

One less star because the employees seem annoyed that they have to work. Sandwiches are slow to be made even though the girl seemed to be hustling.

Alright, coffee lovers, you need to check out Dunkin' Donuts at 2781 Lakeville Rd, Avon, NY 14414, USA. Their flat white was a work of art, and the coffee-to-milk ratio was spot-on. The café had a cozy feel with leather armchairs and jazz standards playing in the background. A classic spot for coffee connoisseurs.

I don't understand the hype around Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere was uninspiring. Not worth the visit.
