Service is slow and I ordered Boston cream doughnuts got some kind of pumpkin doughnuts. Huge difference between the two!! Current staffing should be reconsidered

There is a lady the world there..her name is Maureen, I believe..the nicest and most polite and upbeat personality! Kudos for going over and above!❤

This store is unusually slow at their services. I wait every time, but 4-5 cars usually leave because the line is so long. Not sure what is going on inside, but again super slow service.

Edit: I actually came back to update from 2 starts to 1 star. What a dump this store is. I can't believe I keep coming back. Surely last time today...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been here several times and regardless of how many people there are, it is ALWAYS slow. Train your staff better or get rid of them, because they're awful.

I stumbled upon Dunkin' Donuts by chance, and it turned out to be a delightful discovery. The iced mocha was heavenly, and the barista's warm smile brightened my day. It's now on my regular list of coffee stops.

I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but my visit left much to be desired. The coffee was lukewarm, and the service was slow. It took ages to get my order, and when I finally did, it was disappointing. The lackluster brew and disinterested staff made for a forgettable experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I had high expectations for Dunkin' Donuts, but I left disappointed. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow at the 4882 NY-30, Amsterdam, NY 12010, USA location. I'm not sure if I'll be giving it another chance.
