I like the convenient placing, but quite crowded inside due to the mini mart. Now for the food, it's always delicious

Manager lady in the morning was very rude! And drive thru is always more important , I'm never going back !

The only way you get service is if you go through the drive through. There is so much drama that goes on. It's over priced and half the time I can't get fresh coffee or my beverage made the way I want it .

The food is great. Some of the staff not so much watching them steal food and products from there. Seen drug deals out front with an employee and stealing tips and money from the register. Sad the things you know and see.. I hope things get resolved

So, Dunkin' Donuts in 2381 US-9W, Ravena, NY 12143, USA – it's a mixed bag. The chai latte was a flavor explosion, and the barista was a caffeine maestro. But the place felt like a library during finals week – dead silent. Bring your own conversation, folks!

I had a less-than-stellar experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was cold, and the staff at the 2381 US-9W, Ravena, NY 12143, USA location seemed disinterested. I won't be giving it another chance.
