My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was marred by a few shortcomings. The latte art was nonexistent, and my cappuccino was served lukewarm. I believe they have the potential to improve and provide a better coffee experience.

So, I checked out Dunkin' Donuts in 279 Troy Rd, East Greenbush, NY 12061, USA, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
