The drive through was very busy yesterday. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes in line. The staff was kind, but the poor drive through attendant couldn't hear my order over her noisy coworkers. She made a comment when I tried to tell her my order the 3rd time. She seemed anoyed, but was very pleasant towards me. My coffee was perfect. No complaints about the food.

There's a lot of new faces, along with a new manager. She had all the staff including myself laughing today. Nice to see an upbeat environment. Staffs always friendly, it could of been a little faster but as I said lots of new faces. A+

Not happy with the service & whenever I get a hot beverage I have to wait a long while to drink it. Piping hot!!!!

Literally just went there to get a coffee for my husband before going grocery shopping- I pull up, ONLY car in drive thru, this girl takes my payment via my app, then just walks away... about 2 mins later comes back to say oh sorry there's no coffee in the pot we have to brew fresh. "Okay cool like how longs that gonna be?" To which her and the other employee (also female) just stare at me dumbfoundedly and then both proceed to just WALK AWAY AND CHUCKLE. I beep I tap the window they don't come over at all I then after three mins of laying on my horn call the store to ask for my god damn money back and her name and all she could say was 2.99 2.99 2.99 like I'm a moron I'm no clearly not at this point I am irate and she just states there's a cop in the lobby.... idc who your other guests are!

Drive thru service is terrible. Actively I've been waiting for about 10 minutes since I've placed my order until I got my food. No apologies for the long wait from the employee at the window and absolutely no personality. Why even bother going to this place? I know I won't again

I love right down the block and come here one or twice a week. Every single time they forget an item or get something wrong. I have had to go back inside and come back from making it home multiple times. For one order. Would love the store operator or owner number#

The incompetence here is ridiculous. Every time I order, something is wrong. I ask for a sandwich to not be toasted - it's toasted. I ask for American cheese instead of cheddar - I get cheddar. I ask for a wrap, I get a flatbread sandwich. Advice to the food preps - CHECK THE DAMN TICKET!
Also, if you don't have hot food available, maybe put a goddamn sign on the door so people don't wait in line for NO REASON!!!!

Came in for some donuts and a drink.. Left with no patience and very unsatisfied! My order was wrong and I was told my drink order was too complicated and I should be denied service and go to a starbucks instead. Would never recommend anyone go here. Wish i could rate 0 stars!!!! Employees ALL need an attitude check!

The girl in the drive thru told me to go to another dunkin because she didn't want to melt sugar... It's not that hard you put some sugar in a small coffee cup and put hot coffee and stir but instead she wanted to be completely rude and made these avid dunkin customers very upset
