Long line employee's would rather talk to each other than wait on customers . When waited on was rude

The employees are nice enough, but the coffee is the worst I've ever had. It made my family and I naseaous. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Avoid this Dunkin Donuts if you can.

The coffee at Dunkin' Donuts was heavenly! The baristas really understand their craft, and the 849 Second Ave, Riverside Plaza, Troy, NY 12182, USA location had a charming, rustic vibe that I fell in love with. I can't wait to return.

I can't get enough of Dunkin' Donuts! The cold brew is absolutely addictive, and the cozy, rustic vibe at the 849 Second Ave, Riverside Plaza, Troy, NY 12182, USA location makes it a great place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon.
