The best Dunkin I've ever been to!!! I love ALLLLLL the drinks and the food and especially the peeps that get it to me. I am French and have a hard time speaking English so it was very welcoming to see that everyone speaks French, Italian, Mandarin, and Spanish. Truly the best!

I was underwhelmed by Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee failed to impress, and the ambiance was lacking at the 97 Troy Rd, East Greenbush, NY 12061, USA location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

Dunkin' Donuts on 97 Troy Rd, East Greenbush, NY 12061, USA was a quaint little spot with a lot of character. The coffee was good, not great, but the homemade muffins were divine. The place had a cozy, lived-in feel that made me want to sit and read for hours. The staff were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed with the orders. My visit to Dunkin' Donuts was a mixed bag. The espresso was fantastic, but the seating was uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Good coffee, but not an ideal workspace.
