Extremely poor customer service. One of the customer representative was rude in dealing with me. When asked to remove bacon from croissant, she rufused saying she is unable to do that and instead I should call her manager if I have concerns. She even made rude gestures pointing at her badge.
Both of the representatives were arrogant. Not recommended at all

I was underwhelmed by Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee failed to impress, and the ambiance was lacking at the 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts at 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA was absolutely wonderful! The aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me as I walked in, and the barista's warm smile made me feel right at home. I ordered their signature caramel macchiato, and it was a flavor explosion in my mouth. The caramel drizzle was just the right amount of sweet, balancing perfectly with the rich espresso.
