Extremely poor customer service. One of the customer representative was rude in dealing with me. When asked to remove bacon from croissant, she rufused saying she is unable to do that and instead I should call her manager if I have concerns. She even made rude gestures pointing at her badge.
Both of the representatives were arrogant. Not recommended at all

I was less than impressed with Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was average, and the atmosphere was lacking at the 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

So, I dropped by Dunkin' Donuts at 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.

I was disappointed by Dunkin' Donuts. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were stale. The overall experience left much to be desired.
