Extremely poor customer service. One of the customer representative was rude in dealing with me. When asked to remove bacon from croissant, she rufused saying she is unable to do that and instead I should call her manager if I have concerns. She even made rude gestures pointing at her badge.
Both of the representatives were arrogant. Not recommended at all

So, I wandered into Dunkin' Donuts the other day in 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA, and I was blown away by their cappuccino. It was like a creamy cloud of perfection in a cup. The place has a bohemian vibe, with cozy nooks and indie music in the background. The barista even recommended a book to read while I sipped my coffee. It's a coffee shop that feels like a warm hug from a friend.

I visited Dunkin' Donuts last week, and it was just okay. The coffee was decent, but the service was a bit slow. I hope they can improve their speed because I love their cozy atmosphere.
