Extremely poor customer service. One of the customer representative was rude in dealing with me. When asked to remove bacon from croissant, she rufused saying she is unable to do that and instead I should call her manager if I have concerns. She even made rude gestures pointing at her badge.
Both of the representatives were arrogant. Not recommended at all

If you're a coffee enthusiast like me, don't miss Dunkin' Donuts. Their single-origin beans are a game-changer, and the baristas at the 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA location are true coffee connoisseurs.

I had high expectations for Dunkin' Donuts, but my recent visit to the 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA location was underwhelming. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked the cozy charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.

So, I tried out Dunkin' Donuts in 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA, and let's just say it left me with mixed feelings. The caramel macchiato was on point, no doubt about that. But the seating? It felt like I was crammed into a closet with too many coffee addicts. Maybe they should invest in some bigger tables?
