Extremely poor customer service. One of the customer representative was rude in dealing with me. When asked to remove bacon from croissant, she rufused saying she is unable to do that and instead I should call her manager if I have concerns. She even made rude gestures pointing at her badge.
Both of the representatives were arrogant. Not recommended at all

My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was less than satisfactory. The coffee at 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA was too bitter for my taste. I had heard great things about this place, but I found their coffee to be overly bitter, leaving a lingering unpleasant aftertaste.

Yo, Dunkin' Donuts is where it's at if you're in 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA. Their cappuccino was perfection, and the foam game was strong. The café had this artsy, bohemian vibe with mismatched chairs and local artwork. Definitely a cool spot to get your coffee fix.
