Extremely poor customer service. One of the customer representative was rude in dealing with me. When asked to remove bacon from croissant, she rufused saying she is unable to do that and instead I should call her manager if I have concerns. She even made rude gestures pointing at her badge.
Both of the representatives were arrogant. Not recommended at all

My visit to Dunkin' Donuts was underwhelming. The coffee at 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA was lukewarm, and the pastries were stale. I had heard good things about this place, so I was disappointed by the lackluster experience. The coffee temperature left much to be desired, and the accompanying pastries were far from fresh.
