Extremely poor customer service. One of the customer representative was rude in dealing with me. When asked to remove bacon from croissant, she rufused saying she is unable to do that and instead I should call her manager if I have concerns. She even made rude gestures pointing at her badge.
Both of the representatives were arrogant. Not recommended at all

My visit to Dunkin' Donuts at 601 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, USA was a delightful surprise. From the moment I entered, the scent of freshly brewed coffee enveloped me. I had high hopes for Dunkin' Donuts, but the coffee was mediocre at best. The prices didn't justify the quality. I won't be returning anytime soon.
