Go to crossgates dunkin or any other dunkin other than this one. They burnt my sandwich before and refused to make me a new one even though I showed them it was clearly the cheese was clearly burnt, the staff (especially a woman named Dolores I believe) has MAJOR attitude and the staff is consistently rude. They ruined my french vanilla swirl coffee (by forgetting to put the French vanilla in) and instead of making me a new coffee like I asked they had me take the lid off my cup and then they pumped the flavor shots in. Wtf?? Pretty sure every other dunkin I've been to in this area has a sign saying they'll remake your cup if it's done wrong. Another women in line had the same problem, they made hers wrong too!! The convenience might be nice if you plan on doing some shopping at Walmart but save yourself the headache and get one on the way there. By far the WORST dunkin in the area.

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was a delightful experience! The coffee was exceptional, and the warm, welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The 141 Washington Ave Ext, Albany, NY 12205, USA location is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of joe.

Dunkin' Donuts needs to work on their customer service. The staff seemed disinterested, and my latte was cold by the time I got it.

Dunkin' Donuts left me underwhelmed. The coffee failed to impress, and the lackluster ambiance at the 141 Washington Ave Ext, Albany, NY 12205, USA location didn't help. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to Dunkin' Donuts at 141 Washington Ave Ext, Albany, NY 12205, USA. The barista's knowledge about different coffee beans and brewing methods was astounding. I took their recommendation and tried the V60 pour-over, which was a revelation. The bright and fruity notes of the coffee danced on my taste buds, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the art of coffee making.
