Go to crossgates dunkin or any other dunkin other than this one. They burnt my sandwich before and refused to make me a new one even though I showed them it was clearly the cheese was clearly burnt, the staff (especially a woman named Dolores I believe) has MAJOR attitude and the staff is consistently rude. They ruined my french vanilla swirl coffee (by forgetting to put the French vanilla in) and instead of making me a new coffee like I asked they had me take the lid off my cup and then they pumped the flavor shots in. Wtf?? Pretty sure every other dunkin I've been to in this area has a sign saying they'll remake your cup if it's done wrong. Another women in line had the same problem, they made hers wrong too!! The convenience might be nice if you plan on doing some shopping at Walmart but save yourself the headache and get one on the way there. By far the WORST dunkin in the area.

I had an incredible time at Dunkin' Donuts! The iced latte was the perfect pick-me-up, and the quirky decor added to the charm. The friendly staff made me feel right at home.

I had a less-than-stellar experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was cold, and the staff at the 141 Washington Ave Ext, Albany, NY 12205, USA location seemed disinterested. I won't be giving it another chance.

I was in need of a caffeine boost, so I checked out Dunkin' Donuts in 141 Washington Ave Ext, Albany, NY 12205, USA. Their vanilla latte was a sweet, comforting hug in a cup. The café had a rustic charm with wooden tables and vintage coffee posters. A cozy spot for coffee and conversation.

I swung by Dunkin' Donuts in 141 Washington Ave Ext, Albany, NY 12205, USA and grabbed their house blend coffee. Let me tell you, it was the bomb! The place has this cool vibe with indie music playing, and the baristas are like coffee wizards. Total win!
