They really, really need to replace this place with a Starbucks. Even though they are dropping the Donuts from the name, they are constantly out of the food the advertise, then when you pull up they tell you you're out. What do yo have? We have x, y, z, OK I'll take x instead. They go to get x and no, we're out of x also.

And for the life of me, I cannot figure out why every Dunkin thinks that a 'tiny amount of milk' and one sugar equates to a quart of milk and a half pound of sugar in every coffee....

So far I been there 3 times, each time there all was clean and staff was nice and did the job they had well.

I hated it worst place ever STAFF WERE RUDE NOT FRIENDLY AND WE MISSED THE TRAIN BECAUSE OF THEM PREPARING THE FOOD SO LONG.I HOPE THE DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS MANGER WOULD FIRE THEM, IT WAS ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 4RTH!!!!!!!!!! AT ABOUT 3 O'CLOCK

I used to avoid this DD's like the plague and then a few months ago I decided to stop in because I was at the park across the street and I have to say I was impressed...the staff was actually very polite and coffee was fresh. I now am just about an everyday customer! The staff are very friendly and my coffee is always on point and I especially great full for the way they interact with my 8 year old son who is autistic and can be very overwhelming at times, they talk to him and make him feel special, he loves stopping in to say hi to his "friends"...I'm not sure of there names but shout out to the tall skinny kid with dark hair and the shorter skinny kid with blonde hair, thanks for always making our visit a pleasant one!!!!!

Small and cozy 3 table eat in area. Great coffee, breakfast fare, staff. All food and coffee is fresh and delicious. Very clean restaurant. The staff is friendly and very nice. I have to go in today and get my 3 bags of ground dark roast coffee. OMG, SO DELICIOUS!!! I love "The Dunkin'," that's the nickname my family and I have given to Dunkin' Donuts!!! Lol

If you're a coffee enthusiast like me, don't miss Dunkin' Donuts. Their single-origin beans are a game-changer, and the baristas at the 448 Broadway, Rensselaer, NY 12144, USA location are true coffee connoisseurs.

I was in need of a caffeine boost, so I checked out Dunkin' Donuts in 448 Broadway, Rensselaer, NY 12144, USA. Their vanilla latte was a sweet, comforting hug in a cup. The café had a rustic charm with wooden tables and vintage coffee posters. A cozy spot for coffee and conversation.

I wandered into Dunkin' Donuts at 448 Broadway, Rensselaer, NY 12144, USA and ordered a cappuccino. It was decent, nothing to write home about. But the real star here is the ambiance – cozy, like your grandma's living room. If you're into nostalgia and coffee, this place is your jam.
